The plant

Steelcon Group LLC, International Structural Steel Fabrication provides the latest in cutting-edge computerized robotic systems. Our full range of services employs the latest emerging technologies, in a modern facility with high-profile CNC machinery and equipment.

The shop runs from the drawing to the truck: material cut and drilled on the beam line, plates punched and coped, members fitted, welded out and ground back, then blasted, primed and blocked for loading. Every piece leaves marked and heat-numbered, with the mill report for its material on file.

Historic, heritage and hot-forged riveted steelwork

Alongside the CNC shop we keep the older trade: historic and traditional steel structure restoration and manufacturing, and custom-made hot-forged riveted trusses, columns and beams, made the way the original was made. It is the work landmark, heritage and world heritage projects ask for, where the new steel has to answer to what is already standing.

Conceptualization of old-world craftsmanship with new technologies is one of our objects of desire. With our expertise, we can easily replicate any product from structural steel and wrought iron to stainless steel projects, custom-made to your drawings and to the detail of the original.

Send us your drawings

We estimate every kind of structural steel project, manufacturing and fabrication included. Send your contract, drawings and specifications to our chief estimator and a project cost comes back, with the analysis behind it.
